In Malta and Gozo are several different cinemas. Of course the movies are in English language. The "IMAX Experience" is also available in Malta! IMAX ("Image Maximization"), is a large format cinema with an extremely brilliant screen on a huge 500mē silver screen. It’s located in the Eden Century Cinema Complex in St. Julian’s.
The current cinema program you can find in the local daily newspapers. The cinemas in St. Julians and Fgura publishing their schedules also online on the web sites. You can pre-order your seat, but the tickets must be collected one hour before the beginning of the movie.
