Bank:
Mo-Fr 8.30-12h, Sa 8.30-11.30h, many bank have also longer opening hours. The opening hours postpone with the summer and winter time.
Post offices:
Mo-Sa 7.30-12.45h, in the bigger towns also in the afternoon. Main Post Office Valletta, Merchants Street:
Summer (16. June - 30. September) Mo-Sa 8.30-18h
Winter Mo-Sa 8.30-18.30h.
Goverment offices:
Summer Mo-Fr 7.30-13/13.30h,
Winter Mo-Fr 8-17.30h
Stores:
Mo-Sa 9 - ca. 12.30/13h, 15.30/16h to ca. 19/20h, in the tourists centre often until 22h. Meantime many stores are open for 24 hours.
Pharmacy:
During the week the pharmacy’s are open open from 08.00h and 09.30h and close after a lunch break from 13.00h to 15.30h at 19.00h. Saturdays the pharmacy are only open from 08.30h to 12.00h. Address of the pharmacy with weekend duties you can take from daily newspapers of the local papers.
