Jewel cave is well worth a visit we really enjoyed it. Smooth check in, on time, really friendly guide who answered any proffered questions. However, compared to Jenolan caves in NSW, pricey & short

it was an awesome experience. I highly recommend the Jewel Cave tour. As for Headout, I did not realise that the cost of tickets would show up as a foreign transaction. Maybe Headout could inform customers of that.

Our bus driver was fantastic, very knowledgeable with some comical antics that made us all laugh. Comfortable coach too. The ferry trip was good too, lovely crew and young man at the booking office was very helpful as we missed the ferry as I thought we were on a later one. Great boat ride Perth to Rottnest. Sat on top deck on return- enjoyed it all. Bus tour around island very good. Informative, interesting & numerous commentary by bus driver. Able to get off bus to take photos in few places. Didn't find instructions as to how to get to bus departing place very clear. Time in Rottnest after bus tour & before 4.30pm departure for a wander around the bay, museum & shops. I had a great lunch at Rottnest Hotel overlooking the beach. Ferry staff all very friendly & helpful. I would recommend this ferry & bus tour if only have one day to visit Rottnest Island

We loved our bus driver, Ted. He was engaging, funny, knowledgeable about the island and really helpful to boot. We also loved that we were back with plenty of time to explore the island in our own time before we needed to board the ferry back to Fremantle.

The tour was very good. What I was unhappy with is the International transaction fee of $ 13.69. Headout seems to be Berlin based & causes this. The tour is in Australia & I booked here, so I expect to only pay the cost in Australian dollars. This fee is a disinsentive & there should be a warning of it during booking. A refund would be nice please. John Bowmer

My ticketing experience with Headout was positive: easy to navigate my way around the site & delivery of eticket was excellent. Absolutely loved exploring Ngilgi Caves, seeing & learning about the different formations. Hubby is 84yrs & I'm 68 yrs, yet we managed the steps down & up because of the clever layout with benches to sit on in each resting spot. Because of the quality, we bought gifts in the store as well. Team was friendly & helpful. Honestly, this was the best 2-3 hrs spent and great value in all respects.

Great afternoon experience. We were 65 and my wife 63. She had a stroke 12 years ago and was uncertain if she would cope with the steps, but had a great time. Great handrails to help you climb the steps down and up. Fantastic rock formations. Nice and cool on a hot day. Very informative all the way around. Highly recommended

It was a short boat trip to the island and the boat was cleaned. Related to the push bikes, they did not have any support/basket to leave the bag which was very inconvenient . It should be mentioned while the booking is done.

The trip was amazing! Had the best time in Rottnest Island with really great service at the ferry. Great hospitality and clear instructions overall. Do not understand why I got charged internacional transaction fee while buying the tickets though. Looks like an australian website, tickets bought in Australia with an Australian card..

Having already developed an interest in thylocoleo, I was amazed to see the display on offer. I did wonder if perhaps you could provide more information (for others) about this truly unique mammal. i.e. the much smaller variation (600g) herbivorous version. And those in between!? Puts a whole new meaning around the term drop bears!?

Mammoth cave was AMAZING!!..a little bit tricky for kids younger than 4 that's for sure and tricky for the elderly as well because there's a lot of stairs especially on the way out but my mother in law made it even though she did have to stop a lot as she has bad hips. My partner had to carry our little one as it's definitely too much for any kid under 4 but we all really really enjoyed it and the headphones 🎧 were an awesome feature of the tour. We can't wait to attempt the other caves and it really was mind blowing.
